Ingredients for Lauki Ke Gatte Ki Sabzi Recipe

  • 300 gram Lauki
  • 100 gram Gram flour
  • 1 teaspoon Haldi
  • 2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander seeds
  • NaN As required Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 cup Curd
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Carom seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Desi ghee / oil

Directions: Lauki Ke Gatte Ki Sabzi Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Mix the ingredients well and add the grated vegetable and grind together well.

  • STEP 1.Add water if necessary. Add some more ghee if needed.

  • STEP 1.Take a portion of dough prepared and make smooth and stiff gatta.

  • STEP 1.Heat a pan and add water 700 ml water. Boil it up and put the gattas one by one.

  • STEP 1.Boil for 10 minutes properly.

  • STEP 1.1 take half cup curd, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt

  • STEP 1.Mix these well in a bowl

  • STEP 1.Take a pan, add some ghee or oil. Heat it as needed and put some garlic cloves, cumin seeds, green chilies, ginger paste and salt.

  • STEP 1.Add some onion into the pan, add chopped tomatoes in it

  • STEP 1.Add the curd masala, keep stirring fast.

  • STEP 2.6 -7 curry leaves must be added.

  • STEP 1.Cut the gattas

  • STEP 1.up into pieces, add it to the pan along with some water.

  • STEP 1.Boil the sabzi for 2 minutes inorder to absorb the spices then add garam masala.

  • STEP 1.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
