Ingredients for Lauki ka paratha Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • As required Salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tbsp oil (for moyan)
  • 1/2 nos Medium sized bottle gourd
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 nos Pinch asafoetida
  • 1/2 tsp Oil
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp dry mango powder
  • 0.13 tsp garam masala
  • 1 gram Flour
  • As required Salt as per taste
  • 0-1/2 tbsp oil / ghee for roasting

Directions: Lauki Ka Paratha Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash and peel the bottle gourd. Then grated it. Heat oil in a pan, add asafoetida, cumin seeds. Then add gourd.
  • STEP 2.Then add all the spices, add gram flour. And let it be covered for a while.
  • STEP 3.Now make balls out of the gourd mixture. Take flour in a bowl. Add salt and knead a soft dough. Now take a ball from the dough. Flatten it a little with your hands. And fill the bottle gourd mixture.
  • STEP 4.Now roll it. Put it on a hot tava, and bake it by applying oil from both the sides.
  • STEP 5.Bottle gourd parathas are ready.
