STEP 1.Wash and peel the bottle gourd. Then grated it. Heat oil in a pan, add asafoetida, cumin seeds. Then add gourd.
STEP 2.Then add all the spices, add gram flour. And let it be covered for a while.
STEP 3.Now make balls out of the gourd mixture. Take flour in a bowl. Add salt and knead a soft dough. Now take a ball from the dough. Flatten it a little with your hands. And fill the bottle gourd mixture.
STEP 4.Now roll it. Put it on a hot tava, and bake it by applying oil from both the sides.
STEP 5.Bottle gourd parathas are ready.
