Ingredients for LAUKI COCONUT LADOO Recipe

  • 1 Cups lauki grated
  • 2 Tbsp ghee
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 0.13 Cup sugar
  • 1/4 Cup dry coconut
  • 0.13 Tsp cardamom powder
  • 2 Tbsp almonds finely chopped

Directions: Lauki Coconut Ladoo Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat ghee in a pan, add the lauki and saute for 2 minutes. Add milk, mix well and cook for 10 Minutes.
  • STEP 2.Now add sugar ,cardamom powder,coconut, almonds and cook the mixture till it is dry.
  • STEP 3.Allow mixture to cool completely, Grease palms and make small round laddos from the mixture. Garnish and Serve.
