Ingredients for Lauki ('bottle gaurd) ki burfi Recipe
1 cups lauki (grated)
1/2 cup Suger
2.75 cup water
1 tbsp Khoya
1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
1 tbsp Chopped almonds and pistachios
1/4 tsp Rose water
as required Silver berq
Directions: Lauki ('bottle Gaurd) Ki Burfi Recipe
STEP 1.1-Wash, peel and grate lauki. In a pan boil suger and water. When suger dissolve in water add grated lauki and boil. Cook till suger syrup is thickens. Add cardamom powder and khoya and mix.
STEP 2.2- when lauki absorbs all suger syrup and leaves the side of the pan off the flame. Add rose water and mix. Keep it in a greased plate. Sprinkle chopped nuts and spread silver berq.
STEP 3.3- cool down in room temperature and cut it into burfi shape and serve.
