STEP 2.In a cooker, add toor daal, chopped tomatoes, green chillies and pinch of turmeric powder and pressure cook this for 3 to 4 whistle.
STEP 3.In a pan, add oil and add cumin seeds saute it. Add chopped onion, ginger Chillies paste and saute it until translucent.
STEP 4.Then add chopped spinach and saute for 2 mins. Add boiled toor daal, salt and let it cook for few minutes.
STEP 5.For tempering : in a small pan, add oil when heated add chopped garlic, red chilli powder, kasuri methi and mix well.
STEP 6.Add this tempering into the daal and cover the lid for few minutes. Mix the daal and its ready to serve.
