Very delicious and yummy beverage dessert that is flavored with curd and rose syrup. Key ingredients are sabja seeds, falooda sev, vanilla ice-cream.
STEP 1.Soak sabja seeds in the water for at least 20 minutes. After 20 minutes drain them.
In a bowl add curd.
STEP 2.In a bowl add curd.
STEP 3.Then add sugar.
STEP 4.Whisk the mixture well and keep aside.
STEP 5.Cut or break the falooda sev a little bit to reduce length. Boil the falooda sev for 5 min.
STEP 6.To a serving glass add rose syrup.
STEP 7.Now add soaked sabja seeds and boiled falooda sev.
STEP 8.Now add the cooked falooda sev and prepared curd mixture.
STEP 9.Finally, add a scoop of vanilla ice-cream.
STEP 10.Drizzle rose syrup on top of falooda.
STEP 11.Top with chopped almonds, cashew, pistachio and tutti frutti.
