1/50 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes
1/25 cup Heavy cream or 1/2 and 1/2
1/25 cup Grated romano cheese
2.33 ounce Crushed tomatoes san marzano is my choice
0.08 Clove garlic finely chopped
1/50 cup Onion fine dice
0.08 tablespoon Fresh basil chopped
As required Sea salt and pepper to taste
2.67 ounce Ricotta cheese
0.06 cup Grated romano cheese
0.17 Large eggs
0.08 teaspoon Dry basil
0.08 teaspoon Garlic powder
0.08 teaspoon Onion powder
1/50 teaspoon Black pepper
1/25 teaspoon Sea salt
1 Pasta sheets
0.17 cup Tomato sauce homemade or your favorite brand
0.17 cup Bolognese sauce *if you like a meatier lasagna use 3 cups of bolognese
As required Ricottta filling
