A great way to get lots of vegetables in one meal, and a simple way to cook lamb. Strips of lamb fried up with broccoli, corn, pak choi, and noodles, and all brought together with a soy, garlic, and ginger sauce.

Ingredients for Lamb Stir Fry Recipe

  • 350 gram Lamb finely sliced
  • 1/2 piece Green pepper
  • 1/2 piece Red pepper
  • 1 No.s Medium Onion
  • 10 Garlic Cloves
  • 10 No.s Dry red chillies
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
  • As required Oil For Frying
  • As required Ingredients for lamb marinade
  • 0.38 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1.50 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoon Chinese cooking wine
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Oil

Directions: Lamb Stir Fry Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 in a mixing bowl add 12 oz finely sliced lamb, ⅜ tsp salt, ½ tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp cornstarch, ½ tsp black pepper, 1 ½ tsp soy sauce, ⅜ tsp baking soda, 2 tsp chinese cooking wine and 1 tbsp oil. Mix well to evenly coat the pieces of lamb.

  • STEP 2.2 cover and marinate for 20 minutes.

  • STEP 3.3 heat the wok till it is smoking hot, add 2 tbsp oil, and the marinated lamb slices. Spread out the lamb and let it cook for 10 seconds and then flip it over .keep cooking and flipping till the meat is evenly cooked. This may take a few minutes. Remove the cooked lamb from the wok.

  • STEP 4.4 in the same hot wok add a little more oil and 10 dry red chillies, 10 cloves chopped garlic, ½ red pepper cubed, ½ green pepper cubed, 1 medium onion sliced . Stir fry till the onion gets a little soft. Add ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp sugar and continue to cook for 1 more minute.

  • STEP 5.5 then introduce the cooked lamb back into the wok and mix together well.

  • STEP 6.6 lastly add 1 tsp toasted cumin powder and mix thoroughly.

  • STEP 7.7 lamb stir fry is ready. Serve hot with white rice.
