Lamb Skewers are Grilled lamb snacks loaded with spices and a smoky flavour. This delicious dish is prepared from marinating lamb pieces overnight. Then grill it in oven the next day.
STEP 1.In a bowl take chopped lamb, salt, cumin powder, barbecue mix, black pepper powder, sichuan peppercorn, ginger and onions.

STEP 1.Mix everything well, cover and let marinate overnight.

STEP 1.Soak your skewers in warm water for 10-15 minutes.

STEP 1.Add oil to the marinate and mix it well.

STEP 1.Place the pieces on skewer sticks and place it on a grill.

STEP 1.Take roughly grounded cumin seeds, barbecue spice mix, salt and mix well

STEP 1.1 - keep the skewers inside the oven for 10 minutes at 230 degrees.

STEP 1.Sprinkle the topping pasala on top of it and roast again at 230 degrees for 5 minutes
