Ingredients for Lamb Skewers Recipe

  • 60 gram lamb leg
  • 1/5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/10 tablespoon cumin powder
  • 1/10 tablespoon barbeque mix
  • 1/20 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1/10 teaspoon whole sichuan peppercorns
  • 1/10 No.s chopped ginger
  • 1/10 No.s chopped onion
  • 1/5 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/10 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/10 tcsp barbeque spice mix

Directions: Lamb Skewers Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.In a bowl take chopped lamb, salt, cumin powder, barbecue mix, black pepper powder, sichuan peppercorn, ginger and onions.

  • STEP 1.Mix everything well, cover and let marinate overnight.

  • STEP 1.Soak your skewers in warm water for 10-15 minutes.

  • STEP 1.Add oil to the marinate and mix it well.

  • STEP 1.Place the pieces on skewer sticks and place it on a grill.

step 6

  • STEP 1.Take roughly grounded cumin seeds, barbecue spice mix, salt and mix well

step 7

  • STEP 1.1 - keep the skewers inside the oven for 10 minutes at 230 degrees.

step 8

  • STEP 1.Sprinkle the topping pasala on top of it and roast again at 230 degrees for 5 minutes
