Directions: Lamb Sausage Rolls With Tahini Sauce Recipe

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • STEP 2.In a large bowl, mix together the lamb mince, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper.
  • STEP 3.Lay out the puff pastry sheets and cut each sheet in half lengthwise. Divide the lamb mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a log along the length of each pastry strip.
  • STEP 4.Brush the edges of the pastry with beaten egg and roll up tightly, sealing the edges. Cut each log into 4 smaller rolls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
