  • 0.33 tablespoon Oil
  • 0.17 can Bay leaf indian tej patta if you get it
  • 0.17 Black cardamom whole, split
  • 0.33-1/2 Kashmiri chilies
  • 0.33 inch Cassia bark cinnamon stick
  • 0.33 teaspoon Garlic ginger paste recipe link below
  • 0.08 teaspoon Kasoor methi fenugreek leaves
  • 0.17 tablespoon Madras curry powder e. g lalahs brand
  • 0.08 teaspoon Kashmiri chili powder
  • 0.08 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.33 teaspoon Tomato paste diluted with water to the consistency of pasatta
  • 0.11 cup Water
  • 0.08 Small cucumber finely diced. when i say small, i mean a little lebanese cucumber
  • 0.17 Shallot finely diced
  • 0.33 Red finger hot chilies finely diced. use finger hots. do not use the little thai chilies i used in the pictures unless you are a serious chili head
  • 0.17 tablespoon Cilantro finely diced
  • As required Salt and lemon juice
  • 1 Papadum
