Ingredients for Lamb Kabobs with Yogurt Sauce Recipe
1/4 cup White wine or chicken broth
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 teaspoon Ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon Ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon Salt
0.13 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
1/4 pound Sirloin lamb roast, cut into 1 inch cubes
1/4 cup Plain yogurt
3 Medium fresh mushrooms
1/2 inch Medium zucchini, cut into 1/2 slices
3/4 cup Hot cooked couscous
