I love spicy food. This is a recipe that was building in my mind and i finally got a chance to make it. This recipe is inspired by the famous rajasthani laal maas. This is a milder version using only kashmiri chilies. If you are a spice lover like me feel free to use half kashmiri and half spicy chilies.

  • 20 Dry kashmiri chilies
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 2 stick Cinnamon
  • 5 Cardamon
  • 1 Black cardamon
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Coriander seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 Star anise
  • 1 inch Mace
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 2.50 cup Water
  • 8 Cloves of garlic crushed
  • 1.50 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 tablespoon Ghee
  • 4 cup Mutton/ chicken stock
