Ingredients for Lal mirch chatney Recipe

  • 50 grams whole red chillies ( pickle chillies)
  • 50 grams juice of lemon juice.
  • 0-1/4 tablespoon of Sugar or more as per needed.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Approximately of Salt

Directions: Lal Mirch Chatney Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash the lemons and the chillies and then wipe them with a dry clean cloth.
  • STEP 2.Grind together chillies and lemon juice.
  • STEP 3.Take a vessel , add the ground paste , add sugar and salt and cook till it gets thick .
  • STEP 4.Do not make it too thick or else after cooling it will get sticky.
  • STEP 5.The consistency should be a little thicker than Ketchup.
  • STEP 6.Once cooled, transfer in a bottle and store in a refrigerator.
