#BPF Jowar or Bajra roti is called Bhakri in Maharashtra.I have made some innovative bhakri .Added Garlic leaves to enhance its taste n nutritional value.Winter is the ideal season to eat garlic n bajra.So its awesome combination of garlic n bajra.U can have it in breakfast,snacks or even in lunch or dinner.

Ingredients for Lahsuni_Mini_Bhakri Recipe

  • 0.33 Cup Garlic leaves, finely chopped
  • 0.67 Cups Bajra flour
  • 0.67 Tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1.33 As Required Carom seeds
  • 0.67 Tsp Sesame oil
  • 0.33 As Required Grated fresh ginger, or ginger paste
  • 2.33 As Required salt
  • 0.33 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 Tsp Desi ghee

Directions: Lahsuni_mini_bhakri Recipe

  • STEP 1.Method_ collect all ingredients
  • STEP 2.2)Add all ingredients except desi ghee,mix well,add Luke warm water,mix well,let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 3.3)Now heat nonstick tava on medium flame,knead dough neetly ,make Bhakri,cut mini bhakris with small katori all cookies cutter.
  • STEP 4.4)Put on tava,shallow fry with desi ghee from both sides till becomes crispy.
  • STEP 5.5)Can store for 4,5 days in airtight container,but kids like it too much n they finish them soon.
