Ingredients for Lahsuni Daal Palak Hariyali Recipe

  • 1/2 Cups Uncooked arhar dal dana
  • 1/2 Cups spinach pyuri bowl
  • 1 Tbsp Peanuts
  • 1/2 Tbsp Garlic paste
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger green chilli paste
  • 1/2 Tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 Tsp Garam masala
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric powder,
  • 5 Pieces garlic buds
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • As required Salt

Directions: Lahsuni Daal Palak Hariyali Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash spinach boil in water for 5 minutes and make pyuri in mixer. Wash n cook daal in cooker.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil on medium flame,add cumin seeds ,when splutters ,slow the flame ,add peanuts, saute for 1 minute,add garlick buds,saute them,add garlic paste,mix well,add ginger chilli paste,saute for 1 minute.
  • STEP 3.Now add turmeric powder, garam masala,salt,mix well.
  • STEP 4.Now add spinach pyuri,cooked daal ,mix well.
  • STEP 5.Add water to get desired consistency.Let it boil for 5 minutes. It's ready to serve.Serve with rice or roti.
