STEP 2.After chopping the onion, it should be dipped in chilled water for 15 minutes.
STEP 3.Mix all spices ( garam masala, coriander powder, chaat masala, kashmiri chilli powder, salt , black salt )
STEP 4.Remove the onion rings from the water & let it sit in a sieve for few minutes. Now add all masala on top. Add chopped green chilli & chopped coriander leaves to taste, add lemon juice and toss them together.
STEP 5.Complete salad.
STEP 6.Gurnish with cucumber pieces & lemon pieces.
STEP 7.Serve the salad immediately.
