STEP 1.We will roast the daliya and cook it for 10 minutes. We will make it quickly in a pressure cooker. The pressure cooker has heated now put ghee in it. When ghee melts add dalia then roast dalia till light brown on medium flame. Now, add 31/2 cup of water in it. Put the lid on the cooker and cook it till one whistle blows. Till then we will cut the cashewnuts and make powder of green cardmom. One whistle is blown now dalia is ready. Turn off stove after the cooker pressure is released take off the lid. Add everything else and make laapsi. Now, open the cooker lid and add 3 cup sugar now. Cook it on low flame till the sugar is dissolved. Add some chopped cashewnuts to it. Then add 2 tbsp raisin to the dalia pudding. Add 1/2 tbsp more ghee for nice aroma and taste. Add cardmom powder and stir it continuously for 10 minutes. Take it out in a bowl and garnish with some chopped cashewnuts. A very nutrious and tasty laapsi is ready to taste.
