  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 0.19 cup fresh lime
  • 0.06 cup Orange juice
  • 0.06 cup canola oil
  • 1/4 tablespoon ground annatto seeds
  • 1/4 tablespoon ground guajillo chile
  • 1/4 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 0.30 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 0.13 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.06 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 0.13 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 No.s Chickens
  • 1/4 No.s Cooking spray

Directions: La Charred Chicken Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 in a bowl take ½ tsp salt, lime juice, orange juice, canola oil, annatto seeds, guajillo chile, garlic powder, coriander, cumin, pepper, allspice and cloves.

  • STEP 2.2 mix them well and add chicken to this.

step 3

  • STEP 3.3 cover the bowl with a plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4-8 hours.

step 4

  • STEP 4.1 take your chicken and place it in the baking sheet and then on direct heat till it turns brown while covering it.

step 5

  • STEP 5.2 place the chicken on a platter and season it with some salt.
