STEP 1.1 in a bowl take ½ tsp salt, lime juice, orange juice, canola oil, annatto seeds, guajillo chile, garlic powder, coriander, cumin, pepper, allspice and cloves.

STEP 4.1 take your chicken and place it in the baking sheet and then on direct heat till it turns brown while covering it.
