Kuzhipaniyaram is the traditional breakfast of chettinadu cuisne. Since i wanted to consume my family to consume more veggies, i used to make the traditional kuzhipaniyaram with stuffed veggies.
Ingredients for Kuzhi paniyaram (stuffed with veggies) Recipe
1 cup Parboiled rice
1 cup Raw rice
2 tablespoon Urad dhal
1 teaspoon Fenugreek seeds
As required Salt
As required For stuffing
1 Boiled potato well smashed
1 Grated carrot
2 Boiled peas tb spoons
As required Finely chopped coriander leaves few
1/2 teaspoon Salt to taste and pepper powder
