Ingredients for KURKURI BHINDI Recipe

  • 125 gms Bhindi -
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder -
  • 1/2 tsp red chilly powder -
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander powder -
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder -
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder -
  • 1/4 tsp Amchur powder -
  • 1/4 gram Flour -
  • 1 tbsp Rice Flour -
  • As required salt - to taste
  • 2 tbsp Oil -

Directions: Kurkuri Bhindi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash the bhindi and chop vertically,marinate the bhindi with all the spices and salt and mix well.
  • STEP 2.Add gram flour, rice flour and 2 tbsp oil and mix well.
  • STEP 3.Keep aside for an hour
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in a pan and roast the bhindi into three to four batches.
  • STEP 5.Roast the bhindi till golden brown and crisp on a medium flame.
  • STEP 6.Serve hot.
