STEP 1.Take the chicken breast and cut into cubes.Add 1/2 tbsp soya sauce,1/2 tbsp chilli sauce,1 tsp black pepper powder,1 tsp ginger garlic paste. Mix well. Now add 2 tbsp corn starch and mix well.
STEP 2.In a bowl, take 1 tbsp hoisin sauce,1/2 tbsp chilli sauce,1.5 tbsp soya sauce,1/2 tsp sugar 1 tbsp sesame oil and mix well
STEP 3.Take a pan ,add 1 tbsp oil-medium heat.Add peanuts.Fry till golden brown.Remove and set aside.Now add 2 tbsp oil on med-high heat.Add chicken and cook 2-3 minutes each side.Remove and set aside.
STEP 4.Now add minced ginger and garlic and stir-fry 1 min.Add dry red chillies and stir fry 1 min.Add capsicums (cut into square)and stir fry 1 min.Now add salt to taste. Mix well.Add fried chicken and stir fry 1 min.Then add sauce mixture and vinegar. Mix well .Then stir fry 3 minutes.Now add peanuts,mix well and stir fry for 2 minutes.
STEP 5.Kung Pao Chicken is ready.
