1/4 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
1/2 tablespoon Cornstarch
1/2 tablespoon canned full fat coconut milk
0.08 No.s cup + 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce or Braggs Liquid Ami
3/4 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1/2 tablespoon real maple syrup or honey
1/2 tablespoon rice vinegar
1/4 tablespoon sesame or peanut oil
1/2 cloves garlic, minced or grated
1/4 inch fresh ginger, grated
1 green onions, chopped, plus more for serving
0.13 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, more or less to taste
1/4 pinch Black pepper
0.06 cup salted peanuts, chopped, plus more for serving
As required steamed white or brown rice, for serving
