STEP 1.In a bowl mix 2 cups of steamed jackfruit and 2 cups of rice flour. Blend well with hands

STEP 3.Knead to form a dough.
STEP 4.Wash the indian bay leaves and pat dry.
STEP 5.Grease the leaves with ghee. Form the leaves in a cone shape.
STEP 6.Now stuff into each leaves the dough. Seal tight the leaf by inserting the extending stems into the cones.
STEP 7.Steam in a double steamer with water in the bottom vessel and dough in the top vessel for 20 minutes.
