Ingredients for Kullu Trout Fish Recipe

  • As required Salt
  • 1 teaspoon dill leaves
  • 1 teaspoon coriander leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
  • As required Mustard oil
  • 2 tablespoon mustard seeds paste
  • 1 cup sliced onion
  • 1 trout fish
  • 1 Lime Juice

Directions: Kullu Trout Fish Recipe

Steps To Prepare

  • STEP 1.Cut the fish from the middle and wash. Marinate the fish with red chili powder, salt, dill leaves, coriander powder,1 lime juice and a few drops of oil.
  • STEP 2.Refrigerated the marinated fish for half an hour.

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat the frying pan, add 1tsp oil and fry the fish on one side first.
  • STEP 2.Once it's fried on one side, flip it to the other and fry till it's crispy and golden.
  • STEP 3.Once the fish is fried, fry the onions with the mustard seeds paste and garish it over the fried fish or serve as a side dish.
