  • STEP 3.Continue to simmer the mixture until it thickens and coats the back of a spoon.
  • STEP 4.Pour the mixture into kulfi molds or small cups and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  • STEP 5.To serve, remove the kulfi from the molds by dipping them in warm water for a few seconds.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with chopped nuts or rose petals and enjoy the creamy and flavorful kulfi ice cream.
