Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Clean and marinate the chicken with a mixture of spices like turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Boil the eggs and remove the shells. Cut them into halves and keep aside.
  • STEP 3.Stuff the chicken cavity with the boiled egg halves and secure it with a string or toothpicks.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in a pan and sear the chicken on all sides until it turns golden brown.
  • STEP 5.Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and roast it in a preheated oven at 180掳C for about 1 hour or until the chicken is cooked through.
  • STEP 6.Once cooked, remove the string or toothpicks and slice the chicken. Serve hot with rice or roti.
