  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/2 Carrot, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 Capsicum, Finely Chopped
  • 0.13 cup Green Peas
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • as per your need Fresh Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions and saut茅 until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
  • STEP 4.Shred the leftover chapatis into small pieces and add them to the pan. Mix well.
  • STEP 5.Add chopped vegetables like carrots, capsicum, and peas. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
  • STEP 6.Sprinkle garam masala and coriander leaves. Mix well and cook for a few more minutes.
  • STEP 7.Serve hot with raita or pickle.
