  • 3 Garlic cloves, peeled
  • 1/2 bunch Cilantro roots and stems, cleaned and dried
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 0.17 cup Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Sea salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Fresh ground pepper
  • 3 Boneless chicken thighs or 2 breasts, or a mix
  • 1/2 cup Rice flour
  • 1 tablespoon Kimchi
  • 1 Egg yolks
  • 1/2 tablespoon Rice wine vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup Grape seed oil
  • As required Tacos from scratch
