  • 125 gram Prawns, Cleaned And Deveined
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil

  • 1/4 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 Tomatoes, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 Green Chilies, Slit

  • STEP 1.Clean and devein the prawns, then marinate them with turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and saut茅 onions until golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until fragrant.
  • STEP 3.Add tomatoes, green chilies, and the masala paste. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the masala is well combined.
  • STEP 4.Add the marinated prawns and cook until they are cooked through and the masala coats them well.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
