Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Boil the potatoes until they are tender. Peel and cut them into cubes.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, bay leaf, and dried red chilies. Saute until fragrant.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions and cook until they turn golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for a minute.
  • STEP 5.Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the spices are well combined.
  • STEP 6.Add the boiled potato cubes and mix well with the gravy. Cook for a few minutes.
