  • 125 gram Chicken, Cut Into Pieces
  • 1/2 Onions, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/4 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Kolhapuri Masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/4 cup Water

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a pan, heat oil and add chopped onions. Saute until golden brown.
  • STEP 2.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until the raw smell disappears.
  • STEP 3.Add the Kolhapuri masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 4.Add the chicken pieces and coat them with the masala. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Add water and cover the pan. Cook until the chicken is tender and the flavors are well blended.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.

Cooking Tips

  • You can adjust the spice level by adding more or less red chili powder.
  • For a richer flavor, you can add a tablespoon of desiccated coconut while cooking the masala.
