Ingredients for Kokur Yakhni Recipe

  • 2 kilogram Chicken , medium pieces
  • 1 cup Mustard oil
  • 1.50 kilogram Curd
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 2 Black cardamom
  • 3-4 Cloves
  • 2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1.50 teaspoon Fennel Powder
  • 2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 2 teaspoon dried crushed mint
  • 1/2 teaspoon fried shallots
  • As required Coriander
  • As required Salt

Directions: Kokur Yakhni Recipe

  • STEP 1.Cut the chicken into one in. Sized items.
  • STEP 2.Place chicken, fennel powder, dry ginger powder, bay leaves, inexperienced cardamoms, cinnamon, cloves, asafetida and salt within the autoclave.
