  • As required FOR KOFTA
  • 1/4 cup Chana dal, wash and soak dal for 1 hour
  • 1 cup raw boneless Mutton pieces
  • 1.50 piece raw Mutton
  • 1/2 Onion, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 Green chilli, deseeded and chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon Garam Masala
  • 1 tablespoon Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tablespoon turmeric powder
  • 1.50 tablespoon dry coconut powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1.50-2 springs fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • 2.50-3 fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • As required Salt
  • As required Oil
  • As required FOR GRAVY
  • 1/2 cup thick Curd, beaten
  • 1/2 tablespoon red chilli powder
  • 0.13 tablespoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 Green chilli, slit lengthwise and deseeded
  • 1/2 Onion, peeled and sliced
  • 1 Cardamons
  • 1 Cloves
  • 1/2 piece 1" cinnamon
  • 1/2 Tomato, deseeded and chopped
  • 1-1.50 springs fresh Coiander leaves, chopped
  • As required Salt
  • As required For Rice
  • 1/4 kilogram Basmati Rice, wash and soak for 0.5 hr
  • 1/2 tablespoon Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1.50 Cardamom, 3 cloves
  • 1/2 inch 1” s of cinnamon
  • 1/2 Badi Elaichi/Black Cardamom
  • 1/2 Star Anise and 1 Bay leaf
  • As required Salt
  • As required TO SOAK
  • 1/4 tablespoon saffron
  • 1.50 tablespoon lukewarm Milk
  • As required FOR GARNISH
  • 1.50 tablespoon minced coriander leaves
  • 1 tablespoon minced mint leaves
  • As required Other Ingredients
  • 0.38 cup Ghee
  • 1 sliced fried onions
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon garam masala
