1/2 Onion, peeled and sliced

1/4 tablespoon turmeric powder
1.50 tablespoon dry coconut powder
1/2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
1.50-2 springs fresh coriander leaves, chopped
2.50-3 fresh mint leaves, chopped

1/2 cup thick Curd, beaten
1/2 tablespoon red chilli powder
0.13 tablespoon turmeric powder
1/2 Green chilli, slit lengthwise and deseeded
1/2 Onion, peeled and sliced
1 Cardamons
1 Cloves
1/2 piece 1" cinnamon
1/2 Tomato, deseeded and chopped
1-1.50 springs fresh Coiander leaves, chopped

1/4 kilogram Basmati Rice, wash and soak for 0.5 hr
1/2 tablespoon Ginger Garlic paste
1.50 Cardamom, 3 cloves
1/2 inch 1” s of cinnamon
1/2 Badi Elaichi/Black Cardamom
1/2 Star Anise and 1 Bay leaf

As required TO SOAK
1/4 tablespoon saffron
1.50 tablespoon lukewarm Milk
As required FOR GARNISH
1.50 tablespoon minced coriander leaves
1 tablespoon minced mint leaves
