Ingredients for Kofta Recipe

  • 1 Pieces Potatoes
  • 1/4 tsp arlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp reen chilli paste
  • 0.38 tbsp 1 1/2 tbsp
  • 0.13 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1.25 tbsp besan (chickpea flour)
  • 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp Aamchur masala
  • 0.13 tsp Carrom seeds
  • to taste Salt

Directions: Kofta Recipe

  • STEP 1.First boil potatoes by taking 3 whitsles. Peel and mash the potatoes well. Do not let any pieces be left
  • STEP 2.Step 2
  • STEP 3.Now in pan take oil, add mustard seeds, curry leaves turmeric powder, salt and lastly green chilli paste and garlic paste and mix well.
  • STEP 4.Now put this tadka on the the potatoes and mix well.
  • STEP 5.Step 4
  • STEP 6.In a bowl take besan, add salt, turmeric powder, aamchur powder, carrom seeds and red chilli powder.
  • STEP 7.Step 5
  • STEP 8.Put water and make a semi thick batter.
  • STEP 9.Dip the wadas in besan, and fry in oil. Remove when golden, enjoy with chutney.
