Ingredients for Kodu millet kebabs Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Kodu milletboil
  • As required Chopped veggies like -cabbage
  • As required Carrot
  • As required Capsicum
  • 1/2 cup Beans
  • 0-1/2 tsp green chillie
  • 0-1/4 nos Salttsp
  • 0-0.13 cup onion finely chopped
  • 0-1/2 tsp Ginger garlic chopped
  • As required Oil-for shallow fry
  • 0-1/4 tsp haldi powder
  • 0-0.13 tsp mirch powder
  • 0-1/4 tsp coriander powder
  • 0-0.13 gram Masala
  • As required Coriander leaves -finally chopped

Directions: Kodu Millet Kebabs Recipe

  • STEP 1.At first boil the millet and keep aside, now heat a pan and add the ginger,garlic saute it for a while then add all the veggies and then add all the dry masala in it,at last add coriander leaves and mix well. Let it cool for 5min,then add the boil millet and make a dough.
  • STEP 2.Then take a sheek and roll the dough over it and then shallow fry all the kwab in a pan and serve it with chutney and some salad.
