STEP 2.Fry the chillies , bayleaves and mouri in sarso tel. Fry for 2 seconds
STEP 3.Add the smashed kochu shak with it.
STEP 4.When the shak starts releasing oil , add the prawn , chole and turmeric . Stir a bit and cover
STEP 5.After 5 minutes fry this well so that no water remains
STEP 6.Add the kishmish and ground coconut. Then fry again till no water remains. Then add sugar.
STEP 7.Garnish with ghee .
