Directions: Kochu Diye Ilish Recipe
STEP 1.Marinade fish pieces with turmeric powder and salt. Keep it aside.Heat oil in a nonstick pan and shallow fry fish pieces. Keep it aside.Now add bay leaf, dry red chili and onion seeds to the same pan.Add boiled taro roots and saute for 3 minutesAdd salt, turmeric powder, sliced green chilies, cumin powder and saute for 5 mins.Add 2 cups of water and bring to boilAdd fried fish pieces. Cook for 2 to 3 mins.Serve warm with rice.
