Ingredients for Kiwi Cucumber Cooler Recipe

  • 4 Pieces Kiwis
  • 1 Pieces Cucumbers ( preferably Kheera)
  • 5 Pieces Mint leaves
  • 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2.50 tbsp 5-6 tbsp

Directions: Kiwi Cucumber Cooler Recipe

  • STEP 1.1. Peel & chop Kiwis & Cucumbers.
  • STEP 2.2. Blend Kiwis , cucumbers & mint leaves with few cubes of ice.
  • STEP 3.3. Now add lemon juice, sugar syrup & water.
  • STEP 4.4. Mix well & strain.
  • STEP 5.5. Chill & serve.
  • STEP 6.Notes:
  • STEP 7.1. Can add soda instead of water to make it fizzy. If you add soda then add it at the time of serving.
  • STEP 8.2. Can add black salt, black pepper powder or any of your choice of spices.
