  • 1/4 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 Green Chilies, Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Mixed Vegetables, Chopped
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • as required Fried Onions And Chopped Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Wash and soak the basmati rice for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Heat ghee in a pan and add whole spices like bay leaf, cinnamon, and cardamom.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste, and green chilies. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped vegetables, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 5.Add soaked rice and water. Cover and cook until the rice is cooked and the flavors are well blended.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with fried onions and chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with raita or curry.
