Ingredients for Khurchan Recipe

  • 11 g scraping
  • 2 cup 2.. Dried fruits...1/2 cup
  • 3 gm 3. Mishri....50gm
  • 5 tsp 5. Kewra water...1
  • 2 Drop If cream comes on this milk
  • 3 g In this way the milk will keep thickening and the cream will continue to come out
  • 4 g Mix saffron in milk. And sprinkle kewra. Now it will give taste of rabdi
  • 5 g Spread all the khurchan on the plate and spread the remaining milk rabri and add dry fruits and serve khurchan

  • STEP 2.Material..
  • STEP 3.1.. Full Cream Milk.....1lt.
  • STEP 4.2.. Dried fruits...1/2 cup(chopped)
  • STEP 5.3. Mishri....50gm(pc )
  • STEP 6.4. Saffron.. 5 to 8 fibers
  • STEP 7.5. Kewra water...1/2 tsp
  • STEP 8.Method...
  • STEP 9.1. Boil milk in an open vessel on low flame.
  • STEP 10.2.. If cream comes on this milk, we will take it out and spread it on the plate.
  • STEP 11.3..In this way the milk will keep thickening and the cream will continue to come out, if only some milk is left in the vessel, then add powdered sugar candy to it.
  • STEP 12.4. Mix saffron in milk. And sprinkle kewra. Now it will give taste of rabdi.
  • STEP 13.5.. Spread all the khurchan on the plate and spread the remaining milk rabri and add dry fruits and serve khurchan
