Ingredients for Khoya Matar Paneer Recipe

  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 tbsp Ghee
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/4 Pieces Star anise
  • 1/4 Pieces Black cardamom
  • 1/4 g Ginger chilli garlic paste
  • 0.13 cup Onion paste
  • 1/4 cup Tomato puree
  • 0.06 cup Khoya
  • 0.06 cup Gratted panner
  • 0.06 cup White Paste
  • 1/4 cup fried panner
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp Kashmir red chili powder
  • 0.06 tsp Hing
  • 0.13 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Coriander cumin powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Kitchen king masala
  • 1/4 Cups Blench green Peas

Directions: Khoya Matar Paneer Recipe

  • STEP 1.In pan add Oil and fry the
  • STEP 2.panner and keep aside.
  • STEP 3.Now add remaining oil and ghee then add cumin seeds, star anise and black cardamom.
  • STEP 4.Now add all the paste one by one and cook it well.
  • STEP 5.Add all dry masala in it and cook till Oil is released
  • STEP 6.Now add khoya, gratted panner, fried panner and matar. Add the water to adjust the consistency of shabje. Cook for a while
  • STEP 7.Serve it hot with paratha, kulcha or Naan.
