STEP 1.Take flour,add salt, melted ghee and rub with fingers. Now wait little by little water and make a soft dough.now keep aside for 15 minutes now divide 2 in 324 equal balls roll it without dressing now make slashes with the knife on one side.
STEP 2.Place it on a warm non stick pan slashed side down only. now flip the roti and give the pinch design with the fingertips.
STEP 3.Once it's lightly cooked from one side transfer eat on a rock and cook 10 minutes on high flame. After cooked until you see beautiful brown colour on top. Spread ghee and serve with daal nd sabji......
