Ingredients for Kheer Dudh Patishapta Recipe

  • 41.67 g Rice powder-
  • 16.67 g Maida-
  • 33.33 g Grated Coconut-
  • 41.67 g Sugar-
  • 0-0.17 ltr Milk
  • 0-41.67 nos Milk powderg
  • 1 nos Cardamom-
  • 0-3.33 nos Almond
  • As required pinch of salt

Directions: Kheer Dudh Patishapta Recipe

  • STEP 1.1) Mixed rice powder n maida in a bowl and add water and add pinch of salt and make a dilute solution. And leave it for 1 hr.
  • STEP 2.2) Add ghee in a non stick pan and add grated coconut and stir it. 3) Add sugar, cardamom, almond and milk powder and stir it.And keep stir it for a while.Then leave it to cool.Filling is ready. 4) Add milk in a bowl and add cardamom,filling in it.and reduce the milk by half. 5) Condensed milk will be ready. 6) Now put the batter in the pan and make a thin cake. 7) Fill it with feeling and roll it like dosa. 8) Pour the mixture of milk and serve it.
