Ingredients for Kheer Recipe

  • 1.33 cups Milk Full Cream
  • 0.08 cup Rice
  • 100 gm milkmaid add
  • 0-0.33 nos raisins green cardamom

Directions: Kheer Recipe

  • STEP 1.1. Boil milk in a pan and then add washed rice.
  • STEP 2.2. Cook on low flame till the rice is cooked and add milkmaid and cook till the milk thickens.
  • STEP 3.3. After this add cardamom powder, . And add raisins.
  • STEP 4.4. Stir it continuously till 5.
