  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala

  • 1/4 cup Tomato Puree
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • as per your need Pav Buns
  • as required Butter For Toasting

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, onions, and green chilies. Sauté until onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 2.Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  • STEP 3.Add minced meat and cook until it changes color.
  • STEP 4.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 5.Add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.
  • STEP 6.Add water and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the keema is cooked through.
  • STEP 7.Toast the pav buns with butter on a griddle until golden brown.
  • STEP 8.Serve the keema with toasted pav buns and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
