STEP 1.Wash and soak the dal for atleast 1/2 an hour. In a pressure cooker add oil and add jeera, rai, curry leaves, slit green chillies and hing. As it crackles,add the dal along with 3 cup of water. Add chopped tomato, chopped raw mango, haldi powder, red chilli powder, jaggery and salt and cook till 3 whistles.
STEP 2.Once done.. Blend it with hand blender. If it's too thick add water to adjust the consistency. Add garam masala and chopped coriander and give it a boil and serve hot with rice..
STEP 3.U can also put tadka later..
