STEP 1.Chop the raw mango and take it in a mixing jar. Add little water & make it's paste. Similarly make sweet mango paste.Keep aside.
STEP 2.Take 1/2cup gram flour in a bowl & add little water gradually. Add raw mango paste 3 to 4 tbspn & food colour. Make a batter. It should not be too much thin or too much thick.
STEP 3.In another bowl take 1/2cup gram flour.Add sweet mango paste & little water.Make a batter of it.
STEP 4.Heat oil in a pan.Take a ladle with many holes.Dip the ladle in hot oil & then pour some batter in it.Let the batter drops on it's own. Don't use another spoon to spread the batter.Fry each batch of boondis for about 30second.
STEP 5.Clean the ladle after frying every batch of boondi.
STEP 6.In another pan add one cup each sugar and water .Add some raw & sweet mango paste.Make sugar syrup of it & then switch off the flame.
STEP 7.Add hot boondis in hot syrup & keep rest for 10 minutes.
STEP 8.Make it cool then & keep it in fridge for sometimes.
STEP 9.Enjoy chilled....
