Khaman dhokla is a popular gujarati dish made for every festival. Normally it is made with besan flour and taste is always little sweet and sour. I used strawberry syrup for khatta meetha flavour.

1/4 Eno packet
As required For tadka/tempering
0.06 teaspoon hing
1/2 Chopped green chillies
2.50 Curry leaves
0.13 teaspoon Red chilli powder
1/2 cup Buttermilk
0.13 cup Hershey's strawberry syrup
1/2 tablespoon Oil
0.13 teaspoon Mustard seeds
1/4 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
As required Fresh coriander for garnish
1/4 teaspoon pomegranate pearls
