Ingredients for Khasta kachori with besan masala Recipe

  • 41.67 gram Besan
  • 41.67 gram maida
  • As Required Salt
  • 1/25 tsp ajwain
  • 0.17 tsp Red pepper powder
  • 0.33 tsp Saunf powder
  • 1/25 tsp tsp heen
  • 0.17 tsp jeera powder
  • 0.17 tsp Amchur powder
  • 0.33 tbsp Oil for moin
  • 0.33 g tbsp oil for fillin
  • As Required Oil to deep fry
  • 0.17 g gar

Directions: Khasta Kachori With Besan Masala Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take the maida in a pot
  • STEP 2.Add half tsp of the salt,Ajwain and moin
  • STEP 3.Knead a tight dough with water
  • STEP 4.Heat 1 tbsp oil and add besan in it to roast for 3...4 minutes at low flame
  • STEP 5.Add salt and all spices and mix well
  • STEP 6.Turn off the flame and let it cool down Filling is ready
  • STEP 7.Now make small balls of maida dough and roll by belan
  • STEP 8.Fill 1tbsp stuffing in it and close
  • STEP 9.Again roll small kachori
  • STEP 10.Deep fry in medium slow hot oil till golden and crispy ,after cooling down store in an airtight container
